General
1 questionNo. Famsmm is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Telegram, TikTok, X, Spotify, WhatsApp, or any other platform. Customers must follow the applicable platform rules.
Orders
3 questionsService prices are shown per 1,000 units. For example, a service priced at ₹50 per 1,000 units costs ₹25 for 500 units and ₹5 for 100 units. Famsmm calculates the final price on the server before creating an order.
Some services accept cancellation requests while an order is still early in processing. A request does not confirm cancellation. Any refund is processed only after the provider or fulfillment outcome is verified and eligibility is confirmed.
Confirmed failed orders are reviewed for a refund. If an order times out and acceptance is uncertain, Famsmm holds it for review instead of blindly resubmitting or refunding. You can follow every status change in the order timeline.
Payments
2 questionsOpen Add Funds from your dashboard, choose an enabled payment method, enter an amount between ₹10 and ₹10,000, then generate a payment request. For manual UPI payments, pay the exact amount, submit a clear screenshot and the correct UTR/reference, and wait for administrator verification. The wallet is credited only after approval.
Manual payments require a person to match your submitted screenshot and UTR with actual payment evidence. You can monitor the status in Deposit History. If it remains pending for an unusually long time, open a support ticket without submitting a duplicate payment.
Resellers
1 questionReseller access is enabled by an administrator. Approved resellers can manage their own customers, maintain separate customer balances, set prices within allowed limits, and use the documented API when enabled.
Security
1 questionPasswords are securely hashed, sessions use secure cookie settings, API keys are hashed, gateway and SMTP secrets are encrypted, payment screenshots are stored privately, and sensitive actions are recorded in audit logs.
