Terms and Conditions
These terms govern the use of Famsmm. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms, the service description, and applicable platform rules.
Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and use the panel only for lawful purposes. Accounts may be blocked for fraud, abuse, chargebacks, or violation of these terms.
Wallet and payments
Wallet funds are customer balances used to purchase services. Manual payments are credited only after administrator verification. Cryptocurrency, third-party payment confirmations, screenshots, and UTRs are not accepted as automatic proof of payment. Automatic gateway payments require a valid server-verified provider confirmation.
Orders and delivery
Estimated delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Social platforms can change their systems or remove content. Do not place duplicate orders for the same link and quantity. Orders are subject to the minimum, maximum, and service-specific rules displayed in the panel.
Refunds
Refunds are considered for confirmed failed delivery or the undelivered portion of an eligible order. A cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation or a refund. Wallet credits are recorded in the transaction ledger and are not deleted or overwritten.
Prohibited use
Do not submit passwords, private account credentials, unlawful content, or links you are not authorized to promote. Do not attempt to bypass limits, manipulate payments, or interfere with the panel.
