Famsmm collects the information required to operate your account, process payments, deliver orders, and provide support.
Information we collect
We collect your name, email address, phone number, account status, wallet transactions, order details, support messages, IP address, browser information, and payment verification records. Payment screenshots are stored privately and are available only to authorized staff.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate you, operate the wallet and order systems, prevent fraud and duplicate financial events, provide support, send service notifications, and meet legal obligations.
Sharing
We may share the minimum information needed with payment processors and service fulfillment partners. We do not sell customer personal information. Provider API credentials are never exposed to customers.
Retention and security
Financial and audit records may be retained for operational and legal reasons. Passwords are hashed, API keys are stored as hashes, gateway and SMTP secrets are encrypted, and private uploads are served only through authorized routes.
Your choices
You may update permitted profile details and open a support ticket to request account assistance. Administrative identity verification may be required before any account recovery action.
